A Hoppy Lager for the real summer
Summer Beer is not an industrial lager without a soul. It is our take on a Hoppy Lager: light and refreshing, yes, but with enough personality to remind you it comes from a real microbrewery.
We brew it in Alaró, inside the Serra de Tramuntana, looking for balance between drinkability, dryness and a gentle hop aroma. Tramuntana water builds the base; León hops add the clean, aromatic touch that separates it from a flat lager.
It is a beer made for Mallorca: hot days, terraces, poolside glasses, boats, simple food, events and long afternoons when you want to drink well without getting tired. Light does not mean boring. It means the balance has to be right.

Brewing a light beer with character takes precision. In a Craft Lager there are not many places to hide flaws: body, fermentation, finish and cleanliness all have to be exactly where they should be.
We brew Summer Beer at our brewery in Alaró, in the Serra de Tramuntana, with direct control over every batch. Tramuntana water and León hops help us build a fresh, dry and honest beer without turning it into a flat industrial drink.
It is a beer made to drink more than one, share in a group and work in Mallorca: from the taproom to a wedding, a terrace, a finca or an event with a draft system.

What is a Hoppy Lager?
A Hoppy Lager combines the clean fermentation of a lager with a more expressive hop presence than a classic lager. It is not trying to be an IPA: it keeps a light body, dry finish and plenty of freshness, while adding a hop touch that makes it more expressive.
What is the difference between a Hoppy Lager and a Pilsner?
A Pilsner is usually more classic, dry and precise, with a clearly defined noble hop bitterness. A Hoppy Lager plays a little more with hop aroma while keeping the clean profile of a lager, giving it a more modern and summery character.
Why is Summer Beer a summer beer and not an industrial lager?
Because it is made to be easy to drink without tasting empty. Summer Beer is light and refreshing, but brewed as craft beer: controlled fermentation, Serra de Tramuntana water, León hops and a recipe built around dryness, freshness and character.
Why can a light beer be difficult to brew?
Because in a light beer there are fewer places to hide faults. If fermentation is not clean, if the finish is too sweet or if the hops are pushed too far, you notice it quickly.
That is why a good craft lager demands precision, patience and control. It seems easy because it drinks easily. In the brewery, it is not that easy.
