Taste 5 FORASTERA beers with homemade tapas right at our brewery in Alaró. We explain what is in the glass, how we work, and leave plenty of time to taste, compare and ask questions.
Send us your preferred date, time and number of people. From 2 people, you can also drop in during opening hours and ask; if we can do it then, a spontaneous tasting is possible. Groups should arrange the date and time with us beforehand.

Opening hours are not fixed tasting start times. We agree a time that leaves enough room to enjoy the tasting.

- Sourdough bread and FORASTERA beer cheese.
- Beer pesto and cecina, cured beef from León.

These are examples from our range. The five beers poured at the tasting depend on availability; the selection is not fixed.

Cervezbono: give a beer tasting
For someone who likes trying different beers. The Cervezbono is our gift voucher for a tasting at FORASTERA in Alaró, for 2 people or more.
It includes 5 different beers per person, homemade tapas and around an hour at our brewery. It costs €12 per person, or €24 for two.
We can personalise the wording. Send us the text you want on the Cervezbono and we will adapt it for you.
You can receive the Cervezbono digitally or choose the physical gift version inside a bottle. The bottle version must be collected from FORASTERA in Alaró.
Message us and tell us how many people the voucher is for. Each Cervezbono is issued with its own number. The recipients arrange their tasting date with us, subject to availability.

Our brewery and taproom are at Av. Constitució, 34, 07340 Alaró, Mallorca, near the Serra de Tramuntana. This is where we brew and serve our beers.
Questions about the beer tasting
How much is the tasting and what is included?
It costs €12 per person and includes 5 different FORASTERA beers, homemade tapas and explanations of the beers and how they are brewed.
How long does the tasting last?
Around 1 hour. When you enquire, we agree a start time that leaves enough time to enjoy the tasting.
What is the minimum number of people?
The minimum is 2 people. Please contact us before bringing a group so we can arrange the date and time.
Do I need to book or can I just turn up?
You can drop in during opening hours and ask. Spontaneous tastings depend on availability. To plan your visit, especially with a group, check with us on WhatsApp beforehand.
Will we always taste the same five beers?
A fixed selection is not guaranteed. We taste five different FORASTERA beers depending on availability. Our range includes Pilsner, Pale Ale, IPA and other styles.
Which tapas are served?
Examples include sourdough bread, beer cheese, beer pesto and cecina, cured beef from León. The selection may vary depending on availability.
Does the tasting include a full brewery tour?
The tasting takes place at our brewery and taproom, with explanations of how we brew. It does not promise a tour of every production area. If you want a particular kind of brewery visit, ask us beforehand.
Which languages are available?
English, German or Spanish, depending on the group and availability. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire about a date.

Can I give a beer tasting as a Cervezbono gift voucher?
Yes. The Cervezbono is available for 2 people or more: €12 per person, or €24 for two. We can personalise the text on the voucher. You can receive it digitally or choose the physical version inside a bottle; the bottle version is collected from FORASTERA in Alaró. Each voucher has its own number, and the recipients arrange their tasting date with us, subject to availability.
