¿POR QUÉ NOSOTROS? Somos una de las pocas fábricas de cerveza artesana real en la isla que todavía elabora todo el proceso aquí mismo. Seguimos utilizando malta ecológica de alta calidad para cada cerveza. A solo 30 minutos de Palma, experimentarás la diferencia entre la cerveza industrial y la verdadera artesanía de pueblo. ¡Pásate y prueba una caña bien fría directamente de la fuente!

LA RUTA: El clásico comienza aquí mismo, en el pueblo de Alaró. El camino sube por senderos empedrados de la época morisca hasta la fortaleza a 822 metros. Se tardan unas 2 horas en subir, y cada minuto merece la pena.

Anyone who has hiked to Castell d’Alaró knows: the view over Mallorca is priceless. But the thirst on the way down is real – and we’re here to fix it. While many tourists head straight back to Palma, those in the know have only one stop: Forastera Alaró.

WHY US? We are one of the few real craft breweries on the island that still actually brews on-site. We continue to use high-quality organic malt for every beer. Just 30 minutes from Palma, you’ll experience the difference between industrial beer and true village craftsmanship. Come by and try a cold one straight from the source!

THE HIKING ROUTE: The classic starts right here in the village of Alaró. The path leads over cobbled trails from the Moorish era up to the fortress at 822 meters. It takes about 2 hours to ascend – and every minute is worth it.

WARUM WIR? Wir sind eine der wenigen echten Handwerksbrauereien auf der Insel, die noch wirklich vor Ort brauen. Wir nutzen für jedes Bier weiterhin hochwertiges Bio-Malz. Nur 30 Minuten von Palma entfernt erlebst du bei uns den Unterschied zwischen Industrie-Bier und echtem Dorf-Handwerk. Komm vorbei und probier ein kühles Frischgezapftes direkt an der Quelle!

DIE WANDERUNG: Der Klassiker startet direkt hier im Dorf Alaró. Der Weg führt über gepflasterte Pfade aus der Maurenzeit bis hinauf zur Festung auf 822 Metern. Man braucht etwa 2 Stunden für den Aufstieg – jede Minute lohnt sich.
