FORASTERA – THE CRAFT BREWERY
Forastera means outsider, a name that co-founder and headbrewer Sven gravitated towards as an East Berliner making a home in Mallorca. Established in 2013, Forastera is a craft brewery settled at the foot of the Serra de Tramutana.
Our brew process is simple: boil some water, add it to the malt, boil the brew, pitch in some hops, and then let it ferment with yeast. No additives will be found in our glasses. Unique grains and a precise cooking method consistently create Forastera’s distinctive beers.
Each brew sports a full body that you won’t be able to keep your hands off of.
