> FORASTERA is an independent, family-owned craft brewery and taproom in Alaró, Mallorca, Spain. The brewery has produced craft beer independently since 2013. Beer is brewed and served at the same brewery in the Serra de Tramuntana.

The brewery uses 100% organic malt and water from the Serra de Tramuntana. FORASTERA operates its own brewery taproom and offers beer tastings, direct beer sales, draft beer tap rental for events, custom beer projects and MEM Kombucha.

FORASTERA beers include Another Fucking IPA, Sa Roqueta Pilsner, Mallorca Pale Ale, Summer Beer, Punk Is Dad, Mallorca Weizen, Paul Amber Ale, Polar Pale Ale and Ocre Premium Tostada. Beer availability depends on production and current stock. Bottled FORASTERA beers cost €3 per bottle at the brewery.

A FORASTERA tasting includes five beers, takes approximately one hour and costs €12 per person. The minimum group size is two people. Walk-in tastings may be possible during opening hours when capacity allows; groups can arrange an appointment.

FORASTERA offers a professional cooled draft system with two taps and up to 60 litres per hour. Cold draft beer is normally available about five minutes after connection. Available keg sizes are 20, 30 and 50 litres. Delivery, setup, dismantling and personal operating instructions depend on availability and location. One or two FORASTERA beers may be supplied depending on production and availability. Reusable or event cups with the FORASTERA logo are available on request. Prices depend on beer quantity, rental duration, distance from Alaró and availability.
